Braking and Cornering Course

A course you never knew you needed… but won’t want to miss.

Knowing how to handle your motorcycle is essential for your safety on the road. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or daily commuter, this course is designed for riders of all skill levels to build confidence, control, and real-world riding skills.

While a day on track is always enjoyable, this course is purpose-built to improve your on-road riding by focusing on core techniques and how to respond in different situations. Topics include safety protocols, motorcycle setup, body and foot positioning, cornering lines, brake control, and emergency braking.

Join us at Redstar Raceway on Sunday, 7 June from 08h00. The day starts with bike checks, introductions, and a theory session, followed by practical riding. We’ll alternate between classroom and track time throughout the day, with a light lunch served around 11:30.

Please arrive fuelled, hydrated, and in full protective gear (helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, and boots). The day wraps up around 16h00, with no pressure to ride beyond your limits, this is all about learning, improving, and enjoying the ride safely.

Course value: R2200. Book via our events portal: R1,950 per rider.
